Initial Postnatal Consultation

Postnatal breastfeeding support begins with a comprehensive review of your breastfeeding history, a thorough assessment of your feeding experiences, and open discussions about your feeding goals and any challenges you may be facing.

A personalised one-on-one consultation right in the comfort of your own home.
During this session, we work together to craft a detailed breastfeeding plan tailored specifically for you and your family's unique needs. Sarah will provide gentle and baby-led support whether exclusively breastfeeding or mixed feeding.

Follow Up Postnatal Consultation

Follow-up consultations are designed to provide ongoing support. During the follow-up, we’ll revisit your current breastfeeding plan, assess how things are going, and make any necessary adjustments to address new challenges or concerns.

Assessment of feeding progress and any new concerns making adjustments as necessary. Continued access to resources, including articles, videos, and expert advice
