Postnatal breastfeeding support begins with a comprehensive review of your breastfeeding and birth history, along with an assessment of your current feeding experiences, goals, and any challenges you’re navigating. Together, we create a personalised breastfeeding plan tailored to your baby’s needs and your family’s circumstances.
Sarah provides gentle, evidence-based, baby-led support- whether you’re exclusively breastfeeding, mixed feeding, or adjusting your feeding approach.

Follow Up Postnatal Consultation

Follow-up consultations provide ongoing support as your breastfeeding journey evolves. We revisit your current feeding plan, assess progress, and address any new challenges or concerns. Together, we make any necessary adjustments to ensure your plan continues to meet your baby’s needs and your feeding goals.
